Millionaire's Shortbread
This UK classic is something I spent years trying to perfect since my visit there in 2019. The long shape of it was inspired by a tiny outdoor cafe I went to in the middle of The Lake District. If you don't know, Millionaire's Shortbread is a layer of soft buttery shortbread, a layer of delicious caramel, then a layer of rich chocolate ganache, topped with flakes of sea salt.
